SCC – Self-Compacting Concrete

With the high flowability, it is close to self-levelling and perfectly suitable for pouring in hard-to-reach places. Its properties and composition allow pouring the concrete, without using external compaction equipment to compact the concrete and adjust it to required mould.

Advantages

  • High homogeneity, good resistance
  • Reduces time for performance of works
  • Provides accurate and precise concreting also in hard-to-reach places
  • Allows to correctly pour concrete in constructions with large amount of steel fittings and reinforcement
  • → Does not require the use of finishing for moulded surfaces
  • Does not require use of vibrating tools.

Application

  • Suitable for use in reinforced concrete constructions of any type, especially design solutions or situations with limited time for performing the works.
  • For concreting of the elements that can’t be treated with traditional methods due to design or location;
  • In precast concrete structures.
