The employer’s orientation towards effective reconciliation of work and family life is the main criterion for receiving the status. It is important for the employer to understand the need to create a family-friendly workplace.

Our company offers a wide range of benefits to employees, which cost on average 40-60% of the employee’s salary. This includes, but is not limited to, paid holidays on September 1, school graduations, financial support to prepare children for school, various family activities and holidays, legal advice, health, accident, life insurance, etc.

We believe that caring for employees always pays off for the employer. This is evidenced by the fact that our employees’ turnover rate is below 5%, the average seniority in our company is eight years, and in general we observe a trend of increasing length of seniority.
