RTU students visit SCHWENK Latvija Concrete Plant

On November 19, the fourth RTU Faculty of Civil Engineering first-year students’ excursion at the Airport’s Concrete Plant took place. Under the guidance of Janis Zāle, SCHWENK Latvija Materials Quality & Product Technology Manager, the prospective builders got to know the concrete production process and technologies, components, as well as laboratory work and basic concrete testing methods.
