For the successful implementation of the diversity policy and the active involvement of employees in promoting an inclusive work environment, SCHWENK Latvija received the 2023 SILVER status of the Employer Open to Diversity of the Society Integration Fund (SIF).

SCHWENK Latvija also received special recognition for delving into the dimensions of diversity assessment and determined action in the implementation of diversity management.
