The question of the possibilities of circular and sustainable construction is becoming more relevant in Latvia

In the expert discussion organized by the Latvian Construction Association on the possibilities of using secondary raw materials and materials recovered in processing in the production of new products, Board Member of SCHWENK Latvija,  Director of Materials Business Jegors Golubevs shared his experience in the field of ready-mixed concrete and concrete construction products.

The experts unanimously agreed that the circularity would be facilitated by better understanding of the customers, the demand for such materials, clarity of rules and processes, as well as the profitability and motivation to build sustainably.
