All our materials are manufactured according to sustainability principles, people and environmentally friendly. Cement in Brocēni is manufactured in one of the most advanced plants in Europe.

Representatives of more than 130 professions work in SCHWENK, around 30% have worked in the company for more than ten years already. Brocēni has one of the most advanced cement plants in Europe where work is performed 24 hours a day.

Representatives of various professions and expertise work in the manufacturing – from basic skills level to qualification of expert and manager. Range of occupations – trainees, manufacturing employees, drivers of machinery and vehicles, electricians, locksmiths, laboratory technicians, engineers, managers etc.

Huge amount of manufactured cement is exported to Northern Europe from Liepāja sea terminal.
