On June 3, SCHWENK Latvija received the status “Family-Friendly Workplace” in the category “Large companies” for two years.

The employer’s orientation towards effective reconciliation of work and family life is the main criterion for receiving the status. It is important for the employer to understand the need to create a family-friendly workplace.

Our company offers a wide range of benefits to employees, which cost on average 40-60% of the employee’s salary.
